She was very knowledgable in helping ensure the house was ready for the multitude of inspections which alleviated potential issues later in the process and lead to a very smooth and successful closing. Cindy helped our family to quickly get our parent's home on the market when a health crisis caused our elderly parents to relocate abruptly out of state. She was instrumental in helping us with resources to get the home "market ready" and we felt secure leaving the house in her hands in our absence.
