After my mother passed away, I began the lengthy undertaking of preparing her home for sale. In my search for a real estate agent, my son suggested that I contact his childhood classmate, Caitlin Fanelli. This was the absolute best decision that I could have made. She agreed to represent me and hit the ground running. Caitlin’s expertise was evident from the beginning. She always calmed my fears and answered any questions, as well as promptly organized and forwarded numerous contracts for me to sign. There were issues that needed to be addressed before the house could be listed and she recommended several trusted contractors for the tasks. Her advice alleviated the need for me to spend time doing research to secure these jobs and allowed me to concentrate on other necessary tasks. Caitlin was also respectful of my decisions and concerns and worked alongside me to continue following a schedule to get the house on the market, including helping me organize the entire contents of the home for an estate sale. And when the For Sale sign appeared in the front yard, Caitlin was confident that the weeks that led up to this moment would result in a successful open house. Her guidance resulted in multiple offers above asking price, all within a 24 hour period. So, if you are in the market for buying or selling a property, I highly recommend choosing Caitlin as your real estate agent. Her work ethic, knowledge of the market, and overall kindness is what makes her an exceptional agent. I could not have completed this journey without her. Claudia Stoner and family

We worked with Anthony for over four months and looked at many houses along the way. From the beginning, he took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and what mattered most to us. Many of the homes we were interested in were in highly competitive areas and selling quickly, but Anthony never hesitated to get us a showing, even on short notice. He also took the time to dig into disclosures, property details, and the surrounding area so we had a clear understanding of what we were looking at before making any decisions. Anthony was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home—not just making a sale. Top-notch agent and someone we would highly recommend!
