Wow! I had an excellent experience working with Bernie when purchasing my house. From the very beginning, he was extremely responsive — always quick to reply to messages, answer questions, and provide helpful guidance whenever I needed it. His knowledge of the market and the entire home-buying process was so impressive and made everything much easier to navigate. He made sure I understood every step and always gave honest advice, which made me feel confident in my decisions. Michelle was a very accommodating realtor, who worked with my schedule very well and had a lower rate than some other realtors I talked to. Sometimes I felt like she pushed me to make offers somewhat aggressively, but when making offers Michelle very accurately judged what bids would win and managed to help me win a bid for 20k under asking.

Sammy was a great agent to work with. He was knowledgeable about the homes I looked at. He was a very upfront guy. I do recommend Sammy for your next realtor.
