We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Yvonne is a one of a kind realtor. She truly cares about her clients, and by the time we reached the closing table we considered her a friend. She mentored us, explained what was happening every step of the way, kept us informed about everything going on in the background, she got our offer in within hours of us saying yes to the house. Every negotiation she made sure all our needs were met, even when the seller didn’t want to budge, she found a way. If you're buying a house and want a realtor who is going to fight for you, and your wants/needs as a buyer, Yvonne is the right fit for the job. She will be our go to realtor going forward, and we’d recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!!!

Tim was professional, knowledgeable and caring during a difficult decision we had to make to sell our family home. Our parents used Tim to sell our childhood home to move into the family home and we knew we would be in good hands. Tim was very helpful with decisions we had to make and great advice with multiple offers. The entire process was smooth and very quick.
