I’m Brandon Allen and I am practicing real estate on a family team with my father. I have grown up around all sorts of “realtor talk.” Similar to me, my dad is a talker and I have only benefited from listening to the vast amount of knowledge he has about the business. I pondered the thought of teaming up with my dad (and my mom, she truly does more than people know) in the later part of 2016 and took the plunge early 2017 and started to shadow my dad right off the bat. I went to school at HACC and Millersville University and took the many lessons there and I apply them to the wonderful people we work with. I worked in the food industry for 8 years and I learned so much about true customer service and simply talking to people and meeting their needs. All of my experience has and will help me serve our clients and continue a tradition of phenomenal customer service. We are a low-pressure family team that meets peoples’ needs, without a hard sell. With my mom behind the computer, my dad as the ultimate teacher/mentor, and with my fresh set of legs we are excited to continue our service to you.

I’ve been through all stages as a homeowner - from the young professional's pad to a young family home to a forever home for a family of 5! I pride myself in relating to exactly what my clients want in a home at any stage of their life. When I graduated with a business management degree from Indiana University of PA in 2002, I joined the REMAX family. I’ve happily stayed here, enjoying that a family-run company lets you know the business inside-out. For my clients, that means knowing how to execute a fair, enjoyable, and smooth transition into the home they have been dreaming about. When I am not helping my clients, I enjoy time with my family. I’m married to my college sweetheart and together we are raising two daughters and a son. They are my daily reminder that family - and the home you share with them - are why I do what I do. I also enjoy coaching my sons baseball & soccer team and watching my daughters thrive in competitive dance and a small jewelry business. I also have a passion for golfing, fishing, hiking, photography, and camping.

Brad began his real estate career in 2007. He currently resides in the Harrisburg area with his wife and two children. Brad is a graduate of Susquehanna Township High School and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, sporting activities, living an active lifestyle, or a leisure drive in his Jeep CJ7. Raised in Central PA, Brii understands the numerous benefits of living in the capital city and its surrounding suburbia. She graduated from Penn State University with two degrees, an Associate Degree in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Humanities in Communications. After an eight-year career in advertising she decided to make a career move and become part of her husband’s team and help manage their rental properties and assist in his family-owned business, Duraclean Solutions. Together over the next few years, they expanded the family carpet cleaning business to include property clean-out with a focus on green solutions, recycling and repurposing everything they could. They even started a local “flea market” in Linglestown known as Farmhouse Flea to help in the repurposing efforts. In their free time, Brii and her husband also enjoy DIY home improvement projects and flipping their rental properties. It only seemed natural for her to join the real estate profession, something she was always passionate about, and it seems all of her life and job experiences had been leading her to this exact field.
