Steve helped us weigh the risks of waiving inspections, buying newer or older If I had to offer a critique it would be that we were shown a few listings that were asking above our budgeted price, but this decreased when we communicated to Steve that we were pretty firm on our numbers. Although a lot of the homes we saw (or tried to see) went under contract sometimes within hours, he remained vigilant and optimistic, which landed me into a home that we both agreed was "the one" for me. Additionally, the people Jason and his team work with (financing, inspectors, all that home-buying stuff) all provided top-notch service and were responsive, thorough, and respectful. As frustrating as this hot sellers' market has been, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what Jason provided from the first showing to signing the last paper at closing.
