Lee was amazing to work with. I was responsible for managing my brother’s estate and needed to sell their house. Lee listened to our family’s needs regarding the sale and was enormously helpful at every step from the initial walk through to the final closing. She identified improvements that would help with the sale, she devised an approach for the timing and price for listing that resulted in multiple bids above asking. Because I was remote, she stepped in and helped manage contractors and even pitched in herself to take care of things at the house. She made what could have been a painful process easy and less stressful. I cannot thank her enough.

Alene's no nonsense approach to real-estate, combined with her experience, was a great fit for us. She understood our situation and gave us very direct answers to our questions, and returned emails and texts right away It may sound corny but we feel she sells the steak and not all the 'sizzle' She let the property's we were interested in, stand for themselves, and gave us the chance to to ask questions or for advise as we needed. Jessica was our eyes and ears when we asked her to check some properties that we couldn't personally visit. In fact, we bought our property based exclusively on her professional opinion of it. We developed a collegial relationship with her over the years as she persisted in sending us property details as they became available. After we purchased our property, Jessica continued to assist us as she volunteered to let workers into our property to complete some required improvements. Even after a couple month have lapsed, Jessica still touches base with us to see if we need anything. It's great to have her as a resource.
