There is not enough positive things to say about Bob. I found Bob by networking the EXP community. Not a realtor, myself, I was interested in working with someone who had local knowledge of the Hatboro-Horsham area. Bob immediately jumped on the interest. I met with Bob and a local, DD. Before telling me about himself, he asked all about me, my current situation, kids, likes, desires, how I like to work, down to the amount of communication I'd like to receive. Once I explained what it was I needed and was after, Bob was exceptionally responsive. Bob never sales pitched me to use him but rather explained how he wanted to "partner" to help me achieve my goal. Bob and I bid on a total of 7 homes, lost out on 6 but ultimately won a rare diamond in the rough. Bob worked his rear end off to help me achieve my dream home, for my children and I. He was and is the ultimate advisor/advocate for his client. Through this process, I gained not only a reputable professional realtor, that I can refer to others, but a real friend in the process. Bob and I still keep in contact on frequent basis and plan to do so, moving forward! I highly recommend partnering with Bob for all of your real estate needs.
