My entire family has now used him as their realtor. I have used other realtors in the past, Brent Hill, BY FAR, is hands down the best! I will NEVER use another agent again. If There is an issue or problem, Brent most likely can do or fix it himself. If by chance there is something that needs fixed or addressed, and Brent can’t do it, chances are, he has a very well established business and professional relationship with someone who can, and probably for a much lower cost than you would find otherwise. I really cannot express or put into words, how great this man really is. I promise, You will be doing yourself a GREAT DISSERVICE by not using him as your agent!! Finding a perfect house took us a few more months than others. The market was hot in 2021, but Prajwal was great at suggesting how much to offer on homes. He never made us put more than enough in any place. After shopping for a house for a few months, we finally found one and got it under contract. The bank value came in just few thousand lower than what we offered but that wasn't a big deal. Even in a hot market, I feel like we got a good deal.
