Adam, did a very nice job of marketing our home. We had quite a few showings and folks were clearly looking at the Internet listings. One of the disappointments was how deeply we had to drop our price. This was something we did not anticipate. However, the housing market is a challenge right now with higher interest rates and seemingly less buyers out there. We were happy with the communication by the entire team. There was definitely an effort to make sure we are aware of any necessary updates.
