Claire shattered all the preconceptions we had about real estate professionals. She listened to us and showed us the type of houses we were interested in. She made her self available to our schedule, followed up on all the details no matter how small... she returned all of our calls, and most important had integrity. Wish we could buy another house just so we could use her again!

Claire had great ideas for showing the house at its best - some of which were cost savings over things we had been doing previously with a different agent. She was thorough and knowledgeable. I felt she gave good advice as well as pointing out options in negotiations I was unaware of. She rose to the challenge on a unique property.
