Our time differences created a hiccup on a video inspection together and she handled it gracefully, recording the property and sending me videos without losing her cool from my time zone slip up. I genuinely like to point out areas that people could improve on and look as I may, I can't see any aspects that Hope needs to work on. She simply does all of her job and does it well. She helped me be bold with an offer after a somewhat adverse inspection and brought the final sale price down $10,000 from asking. What's not to love about Hope?
