Hope was nothing but exceptional from the get go. I ran into no problems with her and she was on top of everything. She gave quality insights and demonstrated a thorough understanding of her work. I had some random specific needs as an out of state purchaser and she even put a lock box on the front door that I sent her through Amazon so that I could arrange for repairs and tenants after the sale finalized. Our time differences created a hiccup on a video inspection together and she handled it gracefully, recording the property and sending me videos without losing her cool from my time zone slip up. I genuinely like to point out areas that people could improve on and look as I may, I can't see any aspects that Hope needs to work on. She simply does all of her job and does it well. She helped me be bold with an offer after a somewhat adverse inspection and brought the final sale price down $10,000 from asking. What's not to love about Hope?
