First of all we were fortunate to have Abbigail Benning as our agent. She was easy to talk to, took the time to answer our questions about the market. She helped us negotiate the deal on the house we purchased. Abbigail was professional and personable. We were without a doubt important to her. We would highly recommend Abbigail Benning to anyone.

Gracy was always at the ready with any questions we had. She knew the answers in our understanding of the buying experience and her eagerness to help. My husband and I were very pleased with the entire experience.
