Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Bill has helped us look at other properties prior to purchasing this one. He always makes himself available and he offers good advise. We’ll use his services in the future!
