We know Denise personally and she located a place to rent previously, so when it came time to buy a house, she was our only choice. Denise is a wonderful person, friendly, trustworthy and diligent. She was respectful of our budget and some specific things we were looking for in a home, but was also willing to make suggestions and give information on items we were flexible on in our house. She was constantly on the lookout for us, and willingly showed us multiple houses that we never wound up being interested in. She was always available to answer any questions we had. She helped us navigate so many things about first time house shopping and we would have been lost without her. During the closing process, she negotiated some bumps with the seller for us, and made the process as smooth as possible!
