She was a great communicator and followed up on every loose end immediately. She was thorough in how she approached all aspects of the house buying - whether it be providing comps, what inspections to consider and how much negotiation room we might be able to explore. After stumbling upon Tim through a Zillow listing, I could not be any more impressed with his expertise, poise, and ability to produce results. From the beginning, Tim was informative, caring, and made sure we were equipped with all the right knowledge to buy our first home. It is no secret that buying a home during this post-pandemic market is challenging; regardless, Tim not only exuded the patience needed when ours was growing thin, but made sure that when we found our dream home that was within our price range that we were able to execute a quick and fair deal. Tim was our armchair therapist during times of uncertainty, was timely in every bit of communication, and provided honest, expert opinions no matter what deal we were about to make. If Tim did not immediately know an answer (and believe me, we asked him a LOT of questions!) he always was able to make a quick phone call to a colleague within The Collective to provide us with the most accurate, up-to-date information. Not only did we entrust Tim to purchase our home, but he was also able to then help us sell our family member's home in a very quick manner while maximizing our overall profits. Alene was extremely helpful through the entire process of selling our house. First she went through the contract so we understood what was involved in the sale of our house. She explained the contract in detail and since it had been a while since we had sold a house, she was happy to clarify and give examples so we understood what the contract terms meant. Then she went through the house with us and suggested areas for decluttering and artwork that might distract buyers so we could remove them. Once we were set to show the house, she had an open house for one weekend and the house was sold! Alene has a great sense of humor as well as a wealth of experience and knowledge about real estate. It was a pleasure to have her guide us through the sale of our house.

We worked with Emil Demian on selling our house. He is very knowledgeable about the market, about areas, customers. He is very trustworthy and very eager to help. We had a difficult relocation situation where we moved out of the house already, and he worked all the details for us even us not being present there. He kept in touch, suggested many strategies for selling and he was always available, especially during marketing/open houses. He is an amazing person and a professional for what he does!!
