Sharon listened to my needs and wants, she then incorporated her knowledge of the market and her industry to explain multiple courses of actions to sell my house the way I wanted to. I trusted her and had a contract on my house within days not weeks. She guided me every step of the way ensuring I knew and understood the process. If I had to do it over again, I would choose her each time.

Meghan was amazing to work with. We had been looking for a home with very narrow and specific criteria, and we started working with Meghan because we had heard she was the person who could make it happen! Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
