Pat is really terrific! I was no longer living in the area, and Pat did a lot of the on the ground legwork needed to sell a home. Filed forms with the town, dealt with the homeowners association, replaced the batteries in the fire alarms, etc. They just don’t get any better than Pat.

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, especially as first-time homebuyers! She treated us like family from day one and was always available to answer all of our questions. We really appreciated how honest and direct she was about every house and neighborhood, and we always knew she had our best interests at heart. She never pushed us toward a home just to make a sale and genuinely wanted to find a place where she knew we could be happy.
