Marc has a great breadth of knowledge about Philadelphia neighborhoods, real estate and the City in general. This was very helpful in narrowing down housing choices. He was very patient and always rearranged his schedule to accommodate us traveling from out of town. He was quite helpful in the negotiations as well. He also provided great lists of contractors and others for use post close.

Not every house is in pristine condition, which makes the sale that much harder. Pam took our Mom's house after she passed, and got it sold in a short period of time at an acceptable price and her communication and attention to detail was excellent. I would highly recommend her! Thanks Pam!
