Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

We had a fantastic experience working with Andrea as my parents realtor. From start to finish, she was incredibly attentive, always making sure their needs were a top priority. Her communication was excellent, she kept everyone informed every step of the way and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Andrea truly went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. What can often be an overwhelming experience felt much more manageable with her guidance and support. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care really stood out. We’re so grateful for everything she did and would absolutely recommend her to friends and family without hesitation!

Lori came in and staged our home, had it on the market in three weeks. It was a big task given we were selling spur of the moment. Felt we were her only clients even though I know she had many others- extremely available and personalized t service.
