Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Meghan was amazing to work with. We worked together for over a year, and Meghan was incredibly patient, proactive, and helpful every step of the way.
