She did a great job to purchase a new home and we could sell my old house in three days all because of her. She brought a lady who was looking for a house and suggested her to purchase our house. She knows how to negotiate the price and made seller and buyer happy. I highly recommend her to everyone who wants to sell their property and purchase a new house.

This is the third time we have used Tyler Miller, and the third 5-star performance on his part. This time around we were selling, and Tyler helped us flawlessly in all the expected ways. In addition, he kept a complex set of dynamics moving ahead smoothly as we navigated out-of-state buyers and a holiday season transaction. Tyler Miller is hands down the BEST Realtor in Berks County.

Tracy helped us sell our condo in Ellicott City this fall. She came to our initial meeting with printouts of the research she had done about similar properties that had recently sold in the area. We were thinking about renovating before selling, and she came prepared with suggestions for that, too, such as what to focus on if we were to renovate and companies that could handle the project. She was very good at keeping in touch and informing us about the progress as we were selling from out-of-state. We sold the condo quickly and were very pleased with Tracy's work.

Jess was amazing! She went above and beyond helping us find the perfect house to make our home. She was available to help us through the process and answer all the questions that came up. I would definitely recommend her and also use her again if the opportunity presented itself.
