This is actually the second time we have used Mary and she will always be our go to. The sale of our house happened so fast and so smooth. From day one, she made recommendations to us to help with the sale of our house which we did everything she asked and it made a huge difference. Our house was under contract within a couple weeks. Finding our new house was quite the ordeal but Mary was there every step of the way. We must have seen at least 50 houses with her. We all know how rough the market is right now especially after bidding on several houses and losing but she helped us to find our dream home which we were meant to be in. There are thousands of realtors out there but there is only one Mary. Take this advice form a total stranger on the internet, if you want to have a great experience in selling and or purchasing a home, Mary is who you want to work with.

She did a great job to purchase a new home and we could sell my old house in three days all because of her. She brought a lady who was looking for a house and suggested her to purchase our house. She knows how to negotiate the price and made seller and buyer happy. I highly recommend her to everyone who wants to sell their property and purchase a new house.
