She is an excellent communicator - always responsive, quick to answer questions, and proactive throughout the entire process. She is very organized and detail-oriented, making sure everything stayed on track and went smoothly from start to finish. We've completed several transactions over the years, and Grace is by far the best real estate agent we've ever worked with. We are especially happy to have worked with her on our investment property in Philadelphia. Miranda and I truly appreciate all of her hard work and the seamless experience she provided. My experience with Grace in buying a house has been excellent. Grace knew that my fiance and I were looking to buy for a house for some time and she's been on top of it since day 1. She knows what we looked for and curated them for us. Although we did not select any of them, she doesn't give up. The curation continues until I stumbled into 1 property my fiance and I were very much interested in. So, I texted Grace at 1:55 AM, she replied me at 2 AM asking if I wanted a tour and she actually made it happen the next day. Who does that? Grace does. Making an impact on her client's lives is what she does for a living. Throughout our Real Estate buying ordeal, Grace worked tirelessly in communicating and negotiating on our behalf between the seller's agent and our mortgage broker. Quick Response is key in her business. I would recommend Grace for all of your house buying process. Just don't call her at 2 AM, though. I just think my initial experience was out of a mere coincidence. Nevertheless, Grace is an excellent agent.
