Michelle was a very accommodating realtor, who worked with my schedule very well and had a lower rate than some other realtors I talked to. Sometimes I felt like she pushed me to make offers somewhat aggressively, but when making offers Michelle very accurately judged what bids would win and managed to help me win a bid for 20k under asking.

We cannot speak highly enough about Steve. He was able to sell our primary residence as well as two investment properties within two weeks. Steve was extremely helpful in assisting us with pricing and advertising our properties. He was able to negotiate with first time buyers as well as seasoned investors and ultimately got us a much better sale price on all three properties then we had anticipated.
