Dawn was extremely helpful with the sale of a property we had on Euclid Avenue in the Wynnefield section Philadelphia. She was diligent with updating us with all the repairs needed ahead of time in order to pass all inspections. She was always quick to respond and provide timely advice when needed. My experience with Maurice was incredible . I was able to reach out to him anytime of the day or night as well as weekends . His knowledge and expertise was astounding . He was patient in his explanations (I had many questions) . He accurately explained the steps and stages that we were going through as well as the next steps that would be taken . If he was unsure of something his response was always “ I don’t know “ but I will get back to you and he did .
