Mister Bob Cervone is an excellent agent because he very professional. He is a very good guy, friendly and he is very well known the real state business. He is so patient, he gave me the right advice about what I supposed to do to buy my first own house in Elkins Park. I say that because buying a house for the first time and being an owner for the first time too is very stressful. But fortunately with Mister Cervone I got everything done in the right way.

She is beyond amazing she helped us out and fought with us like she was buying the home! She is my favorite realtor thus far and I had two but she understood was patient and she knew exactly what we needed, You absolutely can rely on her that she won’t let anyone take advantage of or try to get over on you she is truly a pit bull when she needs to be, and I’m so appreciative that she helped us through this process she’s the best!
