Tim was our armchair therapist during times of uncertainty, was timely in every bit of communication, and provided honest, expert opinions no matter what deal we were about to make. If Tim did not immediately know an answer (and believe me, we asked him a LOT of questions!) he always was able to make a quick phone call to a colleague within The Collective to provide us with the most accurate, up-to-date information. Not only did we entrust Tim to purchase our home, but he was also able to then help us sell our family member's home in a very quick manner while maximizing our overall profits.
