Eric went above and beyond for us on two occasions: when we bought our place a few years back and when we decided to sell it this year. Since we were no longer in the area, Eric handled pretty much everything on our behalf. This would be nice under normal circumstances but it is pretty outstanding during as stressful a time as a pandemic. He is one of those rare agents who seem to value the quality of its relationship with clients, rather than employ aggressive strategies that (poorly) aim at maximising volume. Strong recommend!

Jenn Grosskopf was an exceptional realtor during my search for a 1-bedroom in Northern Liberties, especially when the market was not in our favor. Her creative marketing strategies and swift action on leads showcased her dedication and expertise. Most importantly, Jenn's unwavering commitment and perseverance in a challenging market ensured the successful sale of my unique property. Her professionalism, resourcefulness, and tenacity are truly commendable. I highly recommend Jenn to anyone in need of a top-notch realtor

Buyer of 513 Summit House, West Chester
Kelly was absolutely amazing. From start to finish (which was about 10 months) she never once let us down. Kelly was thorough, readily available at the last minute for showings, document prep, etc., and fought tooth and nail for us 100% of the time. We could not have done any of this without Kelly. Her knowledge and persistence helped us to find our first (and probably forever) home within our price range during one of the most competitive markets to date. I have already recommended Kelly to all of my friends and family looking to buy or sell, and I will continue to do so!
