Eric went above and beyond for us on two...
Eric went above and beyond for us on two occasions: when we bought our place a few years back and when we decided to sell it this year. Since we were no longer in the area, Eric handled pretty much everything on our behalf. This would be nice under normal circumstances but it is pretty outstanding during as stressful a time as a pandemic. He is one of those rare agents who seem to value the quality of its relationship with clients, rather than employ aggressive strategies that (poorly) aim at maximising volume. Strong recommend!
