We had been looking for a home with very narrow and specific criteria, and we started working with Meghan because we had heard she was the person who could make it happen! We worked together for over a year, and Meghan was incredibly patient, proactive, and helpful every step of the way. She helped us stay positive that we’d eventually find what we were looking for, and when we did, she did everything in her power to make sure we put in a great offer and got our dream home! She also helped us sell our previous home, which could have been very challenging as we put it on the market when we had just come home with a newborn. She did an amazing job and not only helping us sell our house quickly, but also surpassed all expectations of what we’d sell it for. As first time sellers, we expected it to be a challenging process and it couldn’t have been easier. On top of all that Meghan has done for us, we just really enjoyed working with her - we would highly recommend Meghan!

Not only did we entrust Tim to purchase our home, but he was also able to then help us sell our family member's home in a very quick manner while maximizing our overall profits. We were moving from out of state, & LaTonyia made the experience of buying a home as seamless as possible!! She was so patient & extremely knowledgeable.
