This was the second time my wife Nancy chose to work with Schaunn, the first was buying the townhouse she was now selling several years before we met. Of course beyond all that, which is abundant, Schaunn is one heckuva great individual! He is personally very upbeat and positive, has a delightful and quick witted sense of humor, and is very involved with community services and support for those that are less fortunate and in need. Basically he checked off every box and then some, and got us a premium offer that was well supported, from a most unusual source these days. Kudos on that Schaunn! Donna helped us to sell a property.
