This was the second time my wife Nancy chose to work with Schaunn, the first was buying the townhouse she was now selling several years before we met. She specifically chose Schaunn because of the excellent experience she had with him in securing the house in a very speedy and seamless manner, which was accomplished in two days and was already getting other bids. Her faith in him was well placed in this gravity defying market when she brought him on board for the sale of the same house he whisked her into. I was involved with Schaunn in a fair share of the detail related work regarding pricing, repairs, cleaning, furniture removal and staging of the home. As a former private club manager for many years in Princeton at the university, I had a lot of experience with all manners of contractors, sales associates, building code enforcement officials, and valuations specialists. Schaunn could do any of that work, his history as a popular professional builder/contractor gave him the knowledge needed to address any concerns, which we had a few, with confidence and clarity, a most reassuring quality. Of course beyond all that, which is abundant, Schaunn is one heckuva great individual! He is personally very upbeat and positive, has a delightful and quick witted sense of humor, and is very involved with community services and support for those that are less fortunate and in need. Basically he checked off every box and then some, and got us a premium offer that was well supported, from a most unusual source these days. Kudos on that Schaunn! We appreciate everything he has done and couldn’t recommend him more enthusiastically to anyone looking for the best to work with professionally and personally!
