She explained the contract in detail and since it had been a while since we had sold a house, she was happy to clarify and give examples so we understood what the contract terms meant. Then she went through the house with us and suggested areas for decluttering and artwork that might distract buyers so we could remove them. She organized the staging of the house to put it at its best advantage and generated a ton of interest beforehand. The first open house was a huge success (neighbors couldn't believe the stream of people coming in) - resulting in multiple offers all over asking price! We agreed on an offer that day - and closed shortly thereafter, which was also a breeze with Susie's help. It went so well other neighbors asked for her information to help sell their homes as well!
