Angela Marchese is an incredible realtor. Throughout the entire process from preparing the house for sale to settlement, Angela provided valuable information on a timely basis. She always returned my calls, texts, and emails quickly, even if it was 9 pm at night or on the weekend. She gave me invaluable support in preparing the house for sale and emptying it after sale which was so helpful as I am not from the local area. Angela’s long term knowledge of the local real estate market was invaluable. She staged the house attractively, priced the house appropriately, and posted quality photos and videos of the house to generate interest. Her marketing of the house really delivered results: we had multiple offers, over asking price, in just several days. A consummate professional, Angela cares about her clients and always goes the extra mile. Selling my father’s house was an emotional process for our family, but Angela always treated us with empathy and kindness. Anyone would be so fortunate to have Angela as their realtor.

Our experience with Ian has been nothing short of phenomenal! His expertise and outstanding knowledge of todays market helped us tremendously on finding the perfect investment property in a developing area. Ian was hands on 100% of the way. Even as of today he is STILL just as hands on to make sure we are successful with the property. Ian also possesses top notch communication skills and would be available at all times of the day to support us! Ian also showed great professionalism making the house buying process as seemless as can be. He developed a relationship that will be long lasting. Ian is the man!
