She was very knowledgeable about the housing market and at evaluating the houses we looked at and how they met or didn't meet my requirements. Her patience and commitment in helping me navigate this whole process was phenomenal. She really cared and took her roll in finding me the best house very seriously and never gave up even though we had to look at a lot of houses to find one that met my needs and were out bid several times. I could not have gotten through this process without Valerie. It was amazing to have an agent who understood and respected my requirements and who worked tirelessly to find me the right house. She didn't just want to sell a house. She sincerely wanted to get me into the right house for me and that I would be happy there.
