Today, I had the pleasure of closing on my real estate transaction, which was expertly handled by Agent Jewel Lerums. When I began considering another property purchase in Philadelphia, I was hesitant and unsure. I thought through several agents I knew, but ultimately chose Jewel—despite never having met her in person. Her professionalism during our initial phone conversation immediately reassured me that I had made the right choice. She approaches her work with a commitment that extends far beyond the pursuit of a commission. She embodies respect, compassion, integrity, and a strong customer‑first mindset. Meeting Jewel in person at the closing only confirmed what I already felt, her presence was warm and familiar, as though we had known each other for decades. She did more than expected as well as keeping me informed about the process and very quickly responding to my concerns via email and text. She provided help and knowledge with other services involving repairs, inspections and appraisal. She came highly recommended and I couldn’t ask for a better realtor.

After stumbling upon Tim through a Zillow listing, I could not be any more impressed with his expertise, poise, and ability to produce results. If you have any reservation about whether to choose Tim as your next realtor, take this from someone who is always skeptical of reviews--You found him.

Jonathan made everything feel smooth and stress-free, he kept us informed at every step, and handled negotiations well. He listened to our concerns, and he was quick to answer our questions. He also took the time to make sure we understood all the options as we moved through the selling process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
