She also helped us sell our previous home, which could have been very challenging as we put it on the market when we had just come home with a newborn. It’s interesting to note that he and his son, Jonathan — The Gutkind Group — have made an ongoing and lasting impression for years, long before it became time to sell my home. Their marketing mailings were so effective and informative that I kept several years of them for future reference, “just in case.” And that need recently occurred, with a highly successful sale which closed this past Friday, having been on the market for only 13 days despite the brutal winter weather in early February.
