I loved working with Fern. She was always available to me - nights, weekends, whenever. Fern was by Buyer's Agent and represented me exceptionally. The Seller Agent wanted to add an extra charge above $1,000, but Fern was able to get the charge deleted because the other Agent never put it in writing. I will use Fern again and will recommend her to friends.

Jeff went above and beyond to help ensure a good sale at a very slow time. Helped make what is an inherently a stressful and difficult process that much easier. I very much appreciated is experience, insight and also his ability to help with some minor repairs and inspections needed around the apartment. I don't think you can go wrong if you choose Jeff as your selling agent.
