After showing us listings of comparable houses in the area she guided us to set an appropriate asking price. It was a bit lower than I wanted, but she explained that we'd likely get offers exceeding the asking price (and we did!) She supplied artwork and decor items for so that prospective buyers seeing the pictures of the empty rooms or walking through could envision the possibilities. Her years of experience were clearly evident to me and my wife. She always responded to my many texts or emails very quickly. She kept me informed as we went through the inspections required by the township. Our listing was active on a Thursday and we accepted one of several offers we received that following Monday! She summarized the most important factors of the few written offers to help us make an informed decision. Her office assistants were also friendly, helpful, and competent.
