After showing us listings of comparable houses in the area she guided us to set an appropriate asking price. It was a bit lower than I wanted, but she explained that we'd likely get offers exceeding the asking price (and we did!) She supplied artwork and decor items for so that prospective buyers seeing the pictures of the empty rooms or walking through could envision the possibilities. Her years of experience were clearly evident to me and my wife. She always responded to my many texts or emails very quickly.
