We are so thankful that we worked with Colleen on both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. I never doubted that we were in capable hands who would help us reach the best outcome. She was responsive to our concerns and questions (and we had quite a few!) and I never felt like we were a burden when reaching out. Although we bought new construction, I am grateful that we had her guidance along the way. Without her, I would have been worried that the builder could have been taking advantage of us but I knew that Colleen always had our back.
