She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Selling a home in this market is challenging, but working with Danielle made it as painless and straightforward as possible. And don’t get me wrong, I got a little crazy at times. Marc has a great breadth of knowledge about Philadelphia neighborhoods, real estate and the City in general. This was very helpful in narrowing down housing choices. He was very patient and always rearranged his schedule to accommodate us traveling from out of town. He was quite helpful in the negotiations as well.
