Maria "knocked it out of the park" as our realtor! She provided great advice and counsel and we were able to sell our house in 3 days at a price above the asking price (we got 5 offers at/above list price). I don't know how you can do better than that! We wanted to upgrade our home before the sale but we needed design guidance. Maria helped us make our selections for fixtures & colors and even went with me to Lowe's to help select specific items. She was very responsive & always returned calls/texts in a timely fashion. She also recommended great contractors for items that required repair. Overall, we were extremely pleased with Maria's service and would highly recommend her.

Tricia was an amazing agent. We drove down to Maryland from Pennsylvania after seeing the house on the internet. We called the agent on the sign and he told us he couldn't represent the seller and the buyer so he contacted Tricia for us. She called us immediately on a Sunday afternoon and we got to see the property the next day. Her guidance throughout the entire sale transaction was seamless. There were two safety issues that I would not budge on and the sellers did not want to deal with; however, she came up with a plan that satisfied us.
