Buyer of 206 Canoe Brook Drive, Hemlock Farms
We were looking to purchase a retirement home in an unfamiliar area. Wendy was very knowledgeable and helpful in navigating local taxes and different neighborhoods and their characteristics to help us find the perfect location. She was very accommodating in travel several long distances to show us properties and was a great asset during the buying process.
Buyer of 19-C-732/950 Route 390, Greentown
She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, even while on vacation in a remote part of Maine (above & beyond). She has a calm & engaging personality that put us at ease. In addition, she has exceptional knowledge regarding cabins/state of PA leases, since she resides in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent. She was top notch! I would refer anyone looking to buy real estate in the area to Wendy!
Seller of 123 Timber Trail, Greentown
Wendy is very professional and great communicator. She knew what I needed to do to get the best price for my house. She recommended a few things to spruce up my house for very little money to get top dollar for my house. I would recommend Wendy to anyone selling their home.
