We were looking to purchase a retirement home in an unfamiliar area. Wendy was very knowledgeable and helpful in navigating local taxes and different neighborhoods and their characteristics to help us find the perfect location. She was very accommodating in travel several long distances to show us properties and was a great asset during the buying process.
She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, even while on vacation in a remote part of Maine (above & beyond). She has a calm & engaging personality that put us at ease. In addition, she has exceptional knowledge regarding cabins/state of PA leases, since she resides in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent. She was top notch! Most agents say they work for you which they do BUT not like Wendy! She goes above and beyond. She looks out for your best interest. She has your back every step of the way. There wasn’t 1 time that I was put aside while she had to handle something, I WAS her priority and handled any question I had or paper work that had to be completed. She followed up on every single item that was required from the buying agent to keep things moving. This was my second time having Wendy as my agent and I would NEVER use anyone else. I highly recommend her, you won’t use any other agent either once you take her on board to sell your existing home or buy a new one.
