Excellent Local Knowledge

We were looking to purchase a retirement home in an unfamiliar area. Wendy was very knowledgeable and helpful in navigating local taxes and different neighborhoods and their characteristics to help us find the perfect location. She was very accommodating in travel several long distances to show us properties and was a great asset during the buying process.

Thank you so much, Tom! It was truly a pleasure working with you and Mindy in helping you find the right home and location for your retirement. I know how important it is to feel comfortable with an area, especially when it's somewhere new, and I'm so glad I could help you navigate the process. I really appreciate your kind words, your trust, and your recommendation. Wishing you both many happy years and wonderful memories in your new home!
