Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Working with Cheryl was an amazing experience from start to finish. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect property—one I truly hope to keep for a very long time. Her professionalism, patience, and knowledge of the market made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Cheryl was always available to answer my questions, explain every step, and make sure I felt confident with each decision. She truly cared about finding a home that fit my goals, not just making a sale. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or invest in real estate. Thank you, Cheryl, for helping me find a place I’m proud to call mine!
