Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Artie is extremely down to earth and will do whatever you ask him too. He understands the process and makes you feel at ease and with our million questions, he just explained them calmly. Never did we think we would sell moms house and close in less than 30 days…. Grateful….
